Stecs standard will not calibrate properly

I updated the firmware as shown in several videos to v2.18.5. I opened the config app and configured/calibrated the stecs but it is not recognizing any of the buttons or knobs except for a few buttons on the right hand throttle only. It does recognize both throttle axis. Is there someone that can hop on discord voice and help me sort this out?

problem resolved with some help from discord. Not one youtube video went through the steps required to get mine to work. The software is not intuitive or user friendly but it is working finally thanks to smarter people than me lol.
