VKB MK III not recignized

The controller is not recognized in in VKBDevCfg and in windows device manager. The base shows a solid green. on the stick the red light and white light flash for a second. On the black-box I get a solid blue light above the sys button and 3 solid green lights on the other side. This happened all of a sudden. I thought the computer was to blame. Did a fresh install of Windows 10. I checked the USB cable, All connections are secure.

How can i get this VKB Gunfighter Mk III w/ SCG Premium to work, or is it bricked. any and all help is greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

What if connect BB to another computer?

I got it to work. I disconnected the USB from the Blackbox with the other end still connected to the computer and the 4 pin DIN connected to the base, press and held the sys button, plugged the USB back into the Blackbox,

released the sys button and it worked. The VKBDevCfg-C see's the stick. The Bootloader see's the stick, and I am able to update the firmware. This was all done by trial and error. Not much information can be found on the Blackbox trouble shooting.
