SEM Landing Gear isnt working

Hello,

Im searching for help to set up the SEM properly. I bought the SEM a few Months ago, connected it to my left Stick (Gladiator NXT EVO) and followed the Instructions of the official Video.

All worked as intended, except the Landing Gear. In the Config I see the Button pushed (62), but when I switch the Lever, nothing changes, it stays on the same Button.
Ive switched the detend blocks, from three to two, tried to switch to an Axis (doesnt work as well), tried other configures, but nothing Ive tried works.

Also the Flap Lever is only working for two detends, I cant switch to three or four, in the config I only see the two Buttons (58 and 61) pushed and when its on the Button 61 and I slightly touch the lever, it jumps back to 58...

Am I doing something wrong? Or is it broken?

Show the Global-External, Profile-Buttons tabs (both layers). And if you made a video, that would be just great.

Did you follow this video to set up your specific Flaps and Gear configuration? Try it again and if it still doesn't fix it, record a video of you doing it.

So, tried it again, but it dont worked... Should I open a Ticket at the VKB Store?

The procedure is correct. Try to upgrade to the latest version of firmware and software.

So I updated the Firmware to v2.185 and started the Software v0.93.01.1, but nothing changed, it only recognizes two of four Dents of the Flaps lever, and no recognition at all of the Landing Gear...
