MCGU 3 RevB to RevC twist not working

Installed twist adapter converter from GF3 to GF4 following instructions on the Discord.
3 pin socket on grip board and 4 pin plug on converter. Grounded white conductor to grip shield.
Everything works except twist?
any ideas would be helpful

Fixed. All is working as it should. Bad connection to grip shield. Reconnected and now full function.
