You have the wrong firmware, you need to change it to the correct one for GF.

For your BlackBox (it is MK3), you need to use the firmware that is in the folder "GunFighter_series_and_T-Rudders" - "BlackBox MK3" of the firmware package. It is the only one there "_BlackBox_Mk3_Unified_v2_18_7.vkb".
Try this algorithm of actions before flashing:
1. disconnect the cable from the USB port
2. press the red button on the BB and only now connect the USB cable, release the red button
3. run only the ZBootloader2.exe flasher file and show a screenshot, uncheck the Auto box in it
4. select the above firmware file and flash it, show a screenshot
