Since November after I got a new part that had the magnetic sensors for the Z rotation, it had been working fine up until now. Then, as I detected the same glitch I had before, creeping it's ugly head up again, I re-adjusted the magnet, and re-calibrated. As for right now, the z rotation is smooth once again, but when I twist the stick fully to one end or the other, the axis test tab shows that the dot is not going all the way to the left OR right, and even after calibration, KdHi and KdLo still say 255, 255.
Twisting all the way to the left stops within the 1700s range and twisting all the way to the right stops at 61000 range.
How can I make the config software increase/decrease the ranges so full twists left and right stop at 0, and 65535 respectively?

Try a reset to default before calibration - Default button.

I can honestly say I've already done that. Had the software rediscover the joystick as well, even flashed the software. Still only stops at those values as I described.

This is directly after calibration. What values do I manipulate, so I can force the Z rotation to have full range?

In the MPL column on the third axis is 9, change to 10, write to the controller with the Set button and then recalibrate.
