Please report firmware, software versions. Windows version, VKB product name. And describe all your actions that caused issue.

The reason the VKB native software not working could be: old version, incompatibility between the native software and firmware versions (one too old, the other brand new), other background running software blocking our software (happens on computers which run programs like Razer, Aorus, Logitech, vJoy, Corsair or similar) - try to stop this kind of software and try again to run ours, as Admin. If it's easier, you could try using a working computer/laptop with a clean(er) Windows version (the changes would be written into the device's memory, so it doesn't matter if that computer/laptop is not your main gaming machine).

Could you please run VKBDevCfg on your computer, take a screenshot with it and post it?
