Black Box shuts down with Stick plug-in

When I connect the first board inside the base only, the LED comes on and I get lights on the BB. When I connect the second board (with or without the stick plugged into that board), the BB lights go out.

I also lose the input to the cfg panel when the second board is plugged in.

No obvious burns, melting, shorts in the board or wiring.

Config screen does not show any devices when all plugged in.

This means that a short circuit occurs when the GF board is connected and the BB controller goes into protection.
Step by step you need to find out where it happens.
Is the handle connected? If yes, then disable it. Disconnect the Grip cable on the board and connect the board to the front one with the green LED.
You need to unscrew the board from the mechanics and connect. Maybe something is shorting underneath.

Removed the board. There is nothing underneath besides the plug for the joystick. No exposed wiring or circuitry

Show a photo of the board on both sides and the connecting cable.

Joystick plugged in or not does not make a difference

Disconnect the Grip cable (signed on the board) and connect the board to the front one with the green LED.

Disconnected the Harness between boards, all OK.

Disconnected the joystick harness, and still shorts the BB.

I purchased directly from VKB. I do not see a method to order replacement parts or the board on the web page. Is there a "backdoor" to order parts?
