Configuration troubles all around

Hello all

I just got my gladiator NXT EVO Space combat edition stick (right premium) and a THQ today. They arrived and I put them together then I downloaded the configuration software and bootloader from the VKB site. This is where my trouble begins.

I tried to do a calibration through the config app and none of my hats show up on the app and none of the THQ axes show up.

I tried going into the bootloader and seeing if I needed different firmware since I added the THQ, but when I tried to load the recommended file for the GNX it failed to load and said it did not match the connected hardware.

I don't really know how to progress from here. The only thing my computer responds to is the basic axes of the stick, all the hats and buttons are useless right now. Any advice would be appreciated.

Take off please the bottom plates and post a picture showing the way you connected the 2 modules.
