Hmmm. Seems to be good. But. Try to set axes 6&8 as virtual with numbers 6&8. They are virtual differential brakes. No physical sources.

Open Test - Misc tab and press button in MaRS group, check sensor.

I tried a number of things to fix, flashing firmware etc, plugging into my MCG U box, nothing is working. I pulled the thing apart and nothing I can see without fully pulling the sensor apart.

Do you have a proper document on how to disassemble the sensor to make sure nothing is stuck in there causing the problem?

thanks

Still not working. I tried the different firmware too

I don't see the option under the Test tab: https://imgur.com/Tj52eiP
This is still my issue: https://imgur.com/Et1NnE6

I was about to return these but since someone else is having this issue I'm hoping it can get resolved. I'm home the next few days and would be happy to screenshot whatever I can to help things out

Do you think it’s an issue with my NZXT gladiator rudder axis interfering? I tried it with the joystick unplugged but hasn’t worked yet

Open zconfig.ini in the same folder with vkbdevcfg.exe and add User=Developer into [User] section.

Like this? https://imgur.com/X6Rwrbo I still don't see the Miscellaneous tab under the "Test" tab

Also, does this mean anything? There's a communication error showing on the blackbox

Mine behaves the same if I have it standalone or plugged into my gunfighter base. I've tried to calibrate it many many times but still the same result.

That's right. You've connected pedals only. I think BB is registered in settings.
Note!!! Screenshots of Mamba!. It has MaRS on X&Y. Axis 7 in your case has MaRS sensor.

Let's check on the magnet if you won't mind. In this guide (from timestamp to 4:50) it shows how to extract the cam unit from the rudders.
Pic 1 - need to take out the marked 2 hex screws in order to remove the plastic cover from the other side.
Pic 2 - after taking the 2 screws securing the sensor board we get access to the magnet, make sure it's clean with nothing between it and the sensor.
Pic 3 - when assembling back disconnect both ends of this cable, check the pins, then plug it back firmly.

I cleaned the magnet, I also removed the circlip and took the magnet out to check it. The only thing I did not do is unplug the cable and check the pins. I'll give that a go tonight.. I'm getting pretty fast at pulling the pedals apart now.

OK, I pulled apart again, unplugged cable, checked, there are 3 pins per socket. put it all back together and same result. still not calibrating properly and jittering as before.

Can you check 3-pin cable? There was an issue - wire inside insulation was broken. Partially.
