Gladiator nxt stopped working

I'm having the same issue a few others seem to have. A 1 year old right hand nxt premium stick is bricked. When I plug it in nothing happens and it's not recognized by the pc. I've done the troubleshooting (button/short resets and separate pc). I've already submitted a ticket (#4346). I have 2 of these and the left hand is still working fine.
