Gladiator NXT Evo LEFT + THQ

Hey all;

I just got my EVO's (L + R) and 1 SEM and 1 THQ this past week (April 06, 2022). I started setting them up ASAP. The EVO R + SEM setup was smooth, and there are no issues with the combo. Everything works just fine.

However, the EVO L + THQ is having major issues. In short, when I plug in the THQ to the 4-pin EVO plug using the 3-pin connector from the THQ side, the combination is NOT detected within the VKBSIM Device Config software. If I unplug the THQ and reconnect, the EVO L is immediately detected and can be calibrated and worked with without any issues.

Plug in the THQ, and the problem returns. The stick *does* initialize, and I can see the white LED + red LED on the grip flash, but then the Blue LED on the base comes on, and no items appear in the software.

Anyone have this issue, and have a resolution? Do let me know! I can also provide any needed details / pictures etc. as warranted.

Could you please post a picture with the devices bottoms up so the connections are visible?

There are other few people with the same issue, please see this thread that contains pretty much everything that could be done from your end. If no resolve please fill up a ticket with the vendor.
