DCS doesn't recognize my MCG Ultimate grip

recently I have bought a new VKB metal grip MCG Ultimate.when I adjusted on it base the led glew with white colour then it turned off. the green light not working and I couldn't find the grip inside DCS control adjustment.

You're not supposed to adjust it on the base when plugged to USB Please disconnect from USB, release the fastener, press gently on the grip to make good contact with the base and tighten up the fastener while still pressing on the grip. Reconnect to USB and try again.

I did .. nothing happened!

Plug it directly to the motherboard USB port please.

I did.. same thing.the green led on the black box still flashing.

Show tab Global-External Devices, Leds and Test-External devices. What firmware was used for BB?

I have never updated it since I bought it tow years ago . By the way. I have found this inside the MCG ultimate packet. where should I adjust it?

The MCGU grip differs from the MCG Pro in everything - both in the bus address and in the number of registers. Therefore, you should use the firmware for a specific grip.
Spare screw - maybe for crackers or for fixing the twist (if any). Difficult to determine by eye.

Look here. If bugs are found in the latest version, then use an earlier version.

That screw is for locking the twist module.
To flash the joystick for the new grip do the following:
1. Download the configurator;
2. Download the bootloader;
3. Download the firmware package;
4. Unzip all the 3 files in the same folder;
5. Launch VKBDevCfg as Admin and click the Bootloader button under Tools tab;
6. Navigate to the firmware file folder and load up the file called _BlackBox_GF_MCG_Ultimate_Twist_v2_09_9.vkb;
7. After the bootloader finishes the flashing process launch VKBDevCfg and click the Default button under Tools tab;
8. Go to Test/Axes1 tab and click on the Start Calibr button;
9. Move your pitch, roll and yaw axes all the way, slowly at the end;
10. Press the Master Mode ministick center button and when the LED turns red move the ministick all over;
11. Move the Gate Cont ministick all over;
12. Squeeze the hand brake lever a few times;
13. Squeeze the secondary trigger, release it, lift it in Safe Position (it should be in Armed position when you start calibrating);
14. Press the End Calibr button.
