Gladiator NXT EVO Calibration Error

The new Gladiator NXT EVO SCG R won't flash with "_Gladiator_SCG_v2_09_0" or "_Gladiator_NXT_v2_09_0" and it comes up as Zboot Njoy32

You're trying to flash with NXT firmware and you have a NXT EVO, it won't work. There's no need to flash a brand new device. Restart it, press the Default button, then the Find&AutoConfig, calibrate and you're good to go. Guide here.
