Gunfighter Mk III base, same template as TM Warthog?

Are the screw holes on the Gunfighter Mk III base the same distances apart as the TM Warthog? I only ask in case it will fit onto my Virpil desk mount with the Warthog adapter plate.

No, they're not. You could see the measurements below (the 4 holes on the bottom of the GunFighter base are the red marked holes):

That is actually a mounting plate, an alternative to install the base on mounts.
