MCG Ultimate Twist, Axis Z Lock at full extension

1. Modern Combat Grip Ultimate (Twist) v2.055 mk2 on GunFighter Base
2. Device Config v0.92.17, Firmware V2.08.0
3. 50# springs
4. Avia-s cams

MCG Axis z Locks up at full extension and is unrecoverable/unresponsive, only way to get control is to initiate a device restart.
Unable to ascertain the identifiable cause and I have not opened the mcg in case of warranty. observed no use, light use and heavy when it has lock up.
No device faults showing, all lights indicate connection, no debris obstructions, cable ends swapped and no change. Setup disassemble/re-assembled in order to fault find and firmware/ forum checked to find fix.
Problem is not isolated to 1 game as this has occurred a considerable amount of times over every flight and space sim.

Please upgrade to the latest firmware, as the existing version doesn't match the configurator. Calibrate afterwards and if the problem persists post an uncropped screenshot of Profile/Axes/Logical and Physical Axes.
