Intermittant buttons/hats on MCG III ENG Gunfighter ii ( Orange)

Buttons/ Levers/Triggers/ Hats intermittant operation on MCG.
Unable to Flash.
Bootloader says device disconnected,
error 42091600
2 green and 1 blue lights on on orange box
Joystick function works,
Cann you please help?

cannot drag or attach either .odt or .docx
now also intermittent in pitch axis.

Need .jpg or .png type images. You could also try to load them on an external website, like imgur and post link, if that helps.

Fixed, i think.
Bolt that goes across bottom stub of mcg was loose.
MCG removed , 3 contact pins cleaned and splashed with contact cleaner.
MCG replaced and bolt properly tightened.
Tested, seems OK.
Will look at recalibration later.
