Ticket #6504 NXT Gladiator Premium, Rapid Fire Forward+ B1 Electrical Issues?

Hello,
i just got the gladiator last week, its the second/third issue i have now(first one was the fsm baseplate had a missing screw hole, the other one untrimmable 9th-16th axis(which work fine tho))

When I press Rapid Fire Forward + B1 at the same time they never work as they should, sometimes it registers as rapid fire press (which I'm not pressing),
or it flickers between b1, rapid-fire press, and a4 push

does someone has an idea?

using v2.090 firmware with thq + fsm attached


asked couple other gladiator nxt premium owners, they did not report such issues :/

dissasembled the controller, the buttons seem to be on the same pcb, made some photos of the pcb, maybe someone sees a issue?

if i remember correclty how it was built,. if bt2 s4 + dual pin button are pressed together it shorts and clicks other buttons on the same pcb and sometimes the a4 push which is on the pcb right below

According to the developer, this is not a button bug. This combination is not provided at the "iron" level, it is not treated, you need to use another combination.

This is normal occurrence, as the buttons in that area (the 2 triggers and B1 button) have been specifically designed to be operated only by the index finger.
