I searched through the forums and there is a lot of information I read through, but I could not find anything addressing exactly the few questions I have so far. Please forgive me if these have already been addressed. ~Thanks.
In Star Citizen - which is why I bought this setup, I have a few questions.
1. On the SEM, the "MODE" dial does not seem to assign different input strokes to each of the functions on the module. To explain better: I can have the dial set to Mode 1 with the "A2" button reporting input "41". Then if I change the dial to "Mode 2" the "A2" button still reports input "41". How does the Mode dial work if not to assign the rest of the inputs to different inputs between modes?
2. I cannot get the 8-way POV HAT on the Left Premium stick to look around the cockpit/canopy. The biggest thing for this is that I would like to be able to use this to quickly glance down at the MFD's during combat for system/flight information. First off, this didn't seem to work at all as it merely seems to slightly move his head, but not to any degree of benefit. Also, I tried setting the POV to "HiRes POV" thinking this would increase the speed at which the character looks around, but it seems to only completely disable the POV HAT. Is there a way to assign the 8-directions on this to enact keystroke "z+(look)" ?
3. Finally question is about the Gear Up/Down. Because these are more of a persistent setting of landing gear state and because Star Citizen has only "Toggle Landing System" rather than "Landing Gear Extend" or "Retract" as separate inputs - is there a way that this toggle switch can be used in Star Citizen for landing gear? I could not get it to work.
Thanks all for the help!

This is for Landing gear: viewtopic.php?f=25&t=5986
this is for "mode" but there are limitations: viewtopic.php?f=27&t=6017
Regarding the look around, you have first to activate the free look then you can use the stick. what I was doing was to use the quick trigger finger to activate the free look and then use the ministick for looking around.
