Gladiator NXT Premium Left No Longer Booting After Flashing 2.09

Hello, I went to update my firmware on my VKB accessories to 2.09: Gladiator NXT Premium Left, Right, and the T-Rudders with the black box. When I flashed the firmware for my Premium left, it showed up as Gladitor NXT R SEM THQ. My rudders and my other NXT Gladiator flashed successfully. The two leds on the bottom of my premium left were flashing. The blue would remain solid for two seconds, then the red would flash, and the blue would remain solid an additional two seconds. This kept going on until I booted holding F2, F1, and F3. At this point in time I tried flashing 2.05. Now my controller no longer boots up and I see no signs of it in the device manager, VKB device configurator, and Zbootloader. I'd really like to get this working! Please help me out!

Disconnect the USB cable, launch the configurator and reconnect the USB cable. Show screenshot from configurator.

The device does not show up in the config utility any longer regardless of how I connect it. Please see below...

Keep plugged only the left Gladiator, run the zBootloader, take and post a screenshot.

I've had the other accessories unplugged since after they successfully updated.

Take out the base plate and find the 2 pins labeled Boot on the buttons and encoders PCB. Run VKBDevCfg, use a screwdriver to connect the 2 pins (careful not to touch other components in the area) and plug the Gladiator to USB. Release the 2 pins and you should get something like Boot Platform in the device list. Click on that and flash it with latest firmware.

This worked! I am still having the same issue where my Left Gladiator NXT Premium is showing as a NXT R SEM THQ however. What are my next steps to marking this show correct in the configurator?

Press Default under Tools tab, then Find&AutoConfig in Global/External/ExternalDevices chart, then calibrate.

Just for reference, I do not have any of those additional modules attached to my left premium.

Thank you! After clicking FIND & AUTO CONFIG, the button highlights blue. I assume at this point in time I click Start Calibr.

What am I to calibrate exactly? Just the X,Y, thumbstick axis, and throttle? When finished, which button do I press next, End Calibr? Are there any additional steps I may have missed?

While I have you, is the Gladiator NXT ‘Space Combat Edition’ stick compatible with the gladiator base.

You mean the GunFighter base? Then yes, it is, but it needs a different connector, the GNX SCG to GunFighter Conversion Kit.

I have to thank both TTwoTerror for posting his problem and fallout9 for his solution as I have just experienced the exact same problem but thanks to this thread I now have a fully functioning left Gladiator joystick just in time for the christmas rampage
