Hat switch wobbling

Hi.
Yesterday I received my Gunfigter MK.III Ultimate and one of the hat switches is completely loose. In a joystick for that kind of money, that shouldn't be the case, right? Is there any way to make this stiff, do I need to submit a ticket? Hat switch works fine, but it flies in all directions.

There's something wrong with that HAT switch, unfortunately nothing that could get fixed here. Please fill up a service ticket on it.
