Just log in for the first time in more than a year and on the first attempt the forum chiding me for making too many log in attempts and having me prove who I am with a questionnaire. Just saying is all.
But to my question, which lubricant should I use on the contacts between the base and the grip, one of the spring loaded tips is sticking. I believe this is causing a disconnect during game play.

Re: Lubricant
If it's sticking then more than probably there's a problem with the spring and in this case I advise you to fill up a service ticket for a replacement.
But if you want to take your chances you could use some very fine lubricant (do not use a spray!) and put a bit of a very tiny small minuscule, just 1/4 of a drop of oil on top of the pin. Try to revive it by pushing it gently with a small screwdriver or pull at it with some tweezers.

Re: Lubricant
The part is going to cost me anyway, I've had it for several years now. But in case of a problem with lubricating the tip, there appears to be a screw that attaches the cap to the extension, is there anyway to order that cap? Or am I looking at replacing the whole extension? TIA

Re: Lubricant
Only a year warranty on the part. Sent an email for replacement part, hopefully it's available.
