I've noticed while flying around in dcs my bomb modes would randomly switch or chaff will dispense. The button presses seemed to be associated with axis movement, so I opened up the vkbdev program to see what button presses are being triggered in the log as I moved the joystick through it' range of motion. I also noticed that in the process of taking the screenshots many other random button presses were logged.
If any other screenshots are needed please let me know which specific page.

Open up the base, unplug all the white connectors, check the wires and plug them back firmly. When reassembling the base make sure all the wires are away from moving parts.
Check connections by clicking on your active base and grip icons in the Test/External Devices chart.

Thanks for the reply. I checked all the physical connections and reseated them. I got just one little hiccup showing in the connections chart, but not in the red.
I did not notice anymore uncommanded button presses thus far, so hopefully that did the trick.
The oddest aspect about all this is that it was triggering button presses that were not correlating with the button presses dcs had bound and activated.
I'll update if the problem returns.

Re: gunfighter mk1/mcg pro random button presses
You have button 29 assigned to actuation from the brake lever, at the very end of the axle (A2B tab, MCG Brake checkbox).
I advise you to update the firmware to at least 2.05.3, as indicated in the very first line of the configurator at the top.
You can take it from here, flash it, and observe.
Without MK2 letters in the name of the firmware - for the orange BB, with them - for the late, black, plastic.

Hello Ron,
I've flashed it to _BlackBox_GF_MCG_PRO_v2_05_5 and recalibrated.
Everything seems to be working as intended. I'll continue to monitor.
Thanks.
