Hi there,
I just received my Gunfighter Mk III, MCG Ultimate with Twist and the Black Box today. I flashed it using the '_BlackBox_MK2_GF_MCG_Ultimate_Twist_v2_02_5.vkb' profile and tried to calibrate the stick. However, the Y-axis is not detected. How do I troubleshoot this?
Thank you in advance!
Edit: I did not fiddle with the Gunfighter Mk3 base that came with it, I plugged it in without any modifications.

Hi, if you have the Ultimate grip why would you flash the Pro version of firmware?
Flash the Ultimate firmware, press Default button and calibrate.

Apologies, I typed wrongly. I used the Ultimate firmware instead.
Update: I've done as you suggested, but the Y-axis is still not moving when I push the stick forward and backward.

Your joystick is not calibrated. Please follow this guide; skip the flashing part since you already did that - start from resetting to default and continue with calibrating.

Unplug all other joysticks, throttles, yokes etc from computer, kill any software like Logitech, Aorus, Joystick Gremlin, Corsair, Razer that might run in the background and try again.
Run VKBDevCfg as admin and don’t forget to click on the Default button before calibration, it’s important.
Was the pitch axis working before you reflashed it?

Hi, unfortunately the pitch axis was never working even prior to flashing. Are there any other methods of troubleshooting that I can perform? I am really reluctant to have to send this back for exchange due to the shipping costs :/

Let's see what's inside. Open up the base as in the first part of this guide, disconnect the white connectors and plug them back firmly. See if there are any loose wires. If you're there take and post some pictures of the PCB that is attached to the gimbal unit.

Thanks for posting the pics. Please put it back together, reset to default and give it another try. If the pitch axis is still stuck try unzipping and then flashing the attached firmware, reset to default and recalibrate. If still no result fill up a service ticket, you might need a new PCB.
