VKB Gladiator Stick Issues

So i started getting the calibration issues, which after some research I found was from the magnets loosing, i fixed the magnets however now when I plug my VKB Gladiator Left into my computer, initially it recognized it properly but now the system is recognizing it as a right handed stick? Any ideas on how to fix this issue?

So I just noticed there is a blue light at the top of my VKB Gladiator right and no blue light at the top of my vkb gladiator Left.....and I tested the buttons...the buttons are not working.

Check again the connections inside the base.
