My problem is not getting any better.
No matter which FW is used.
Tried to connect to ther USB's -> no change.
Sometimes i see errors like this:
But it looks like this is not related to the z-axis stuck.
It just delays any reaction of the stick.

Re: Stuck z-Axes Roll
These screenshots indicate a temporary loss of communication between MCG and the base. Since the twist is in the handle, this can affect it. Do the same monitoring with the base itself. You can display 2 windows at once.
Re: Stuck z-Axes Roll
I checked the base already, only minimal errors there.
Very small green blocks.
But i see the Z-axis losing digits, everytime i turn the grip counter clock wise.
Can is send you a OBS video showing the whole screen? Its only ~5MB.

See this screenshot. Calibratet Z-axis and moved it something like 50 time anti clock wise.

Re: Stuck z-Axes Roll
First, you need to eliminate such red and yellow peaks. These are the grip/stem pads. Only small and rare green "stumps" on the monitoring graph are allowed.
Second, you can try turning the twist magnet 30-60 degrees. We put a mark with a marker and rotate it to the desired angle. Everything is simple there.
But before doing this, show a large photo of this node.

Re: Stuck z-Axes Roll
This did not resolve the issue.

And now the Z-axis do not pick up when I turn left. This is getting really frustrating.

Re: Stuck z-Axes Roll
When the twist gets stuck/not picking up are the buttons working, or the whole grip is dead?

Re: Stuck z-Axes Roll
2 more things to try: reflash to latest firmware, like here and reseat the grip like this (press on it gently while tightening the fastener).
