Hi,
I have done something wrong. It did show up as Gladiator NXT L first. I did a firmware upgrade to v2.025 and I did exchange the grease on the stick. Did I assemle something wrong on the stick?
Even a reset doesnt help.
Another question: Z-Axis isnt recognized, insted the Z-Axis currently is mapped to the slider. I can find a settings to change this?

There's a different firmware for the left hand devices - it has an L in file name. After flashing you have to press the Default button and recalibrate.

Not in the VKM FIrmware ZIP on your Website, there is only one for the GNT: _Gladiator_NXT_v2_02_5 and yes, I flashed this on both Sticks 
Also checked the FTP, nothing there.
There are L Versions for other sticks however.

Sorry, wrong info. Press the Default button under Tools tab on both and see if it recognizes them properly.

No, this doent help. This was what I meant with "Reset"...hitting the "Default" button in the CFG. I end up having two "Right ones" currently.

Try beta ver of firmware and software.
Also reboot your computer in Safe mode and see how the joysticks react, maybe there's another background running software affecting them.

Reboot/Safe-Mode, Nothing...I have to "RIGHT Sticks" now. I suppose the firmware killed them. Initially I had a LEFT and RIGHT in the CFG.

I provided you access to those files; if it didn't work try again, they're unrestricted now.
Sorry you didn't liked the grease; I can only assure you that is the best grease on the market for joysticks.
I understand your frustration, just take it easy; take a break and after that download the files I've posted and try again. I'll watch the thread for any updates from you.

I found a link to Alex (Developer) website, a newer version of VKB Device Confg did the trick. At least this is solved.
No, really. MY CHARGE of Joytsticks had glue instead of grease. NOT MOVABLE with two fingers without pushing the stick over the table.
