Followed your recommendation. Screenshot after updating firmware and recalibrating. The stick is still not recognizing the yaxis movement - which is why it's not calibrating / updating the values after calibration. I have a ticket open - hoping I can get more help or a replacement.

Try changing the MPL parameter value from 9 to 10 on both axes, write it to the controller with the Set button and recalibrate. Show screenshot.

Wanted to send a quick update to the community. The tech service identified that the wires were incorrectly put together in the product I received, they provided a screenshot on the proper order of the wires. I found a video online on how to remove the wires from the 'housing' and reorder them. After resetting the device and re-running calibration it seems the y-axis is now working as designed.

Bingo! I need to take a closer look at the photo on the connecting cable.
