Grip connector replacement - red light blinking/no buttons or axis movement (updated with tech support list)

Hi,

I received a Rev.A connector from Sales@VKB to replace a Rev. B on a SCG Left. (The reason is a long story besides the point, but in short I decided to consolidate my right-hand grips on the GF MkIII, and left-hand grips on the GF MkI base).

I think the process went smoothly technically. I tried reproducing the same colour combination of the original connector, which was top-to-bottom: black, yellow, red. However the result was that there is no button or axis movement detected in VKBcfg software. I tried re-flashing, default button, and recalibrating.

Upon receiving advice on Discord I tried swapping the black and the red wire around, while leaving the yellow wire in the middle. This produced no change.

The blackbox is blinking both the red and the blue light in both cases.

I have a voltmeter but do not know what or how to measure, in case that is of use.

UPDATE: tech support instruction sheet:

1. VKB Gunfighter Mk.I, Rev.A + SCG Left (Rev.B changed to Rev.A)
2. v.2.007 Mk2
3. no issues with springs (device works normally with a different grip)
4. no issues with cams (device works normally with a different grip)
5. VKBdevCfg v.0.91.54

I hope these snapshots of global-ext and ext-devices in VKB Cfg help get a response

(I've updated the firmware and software since the first post 10 days ago, no luck).

Just to confirm here that this issue has been solved in the correct pinout in this case which was black-red-yellow (top to bottom). Grip works as normal now.
