Calibration won't start

Hi, so I have a brand new Mk III Gunfighter base and Kosmosima Premium grip. I have downloaded the latest config app (v0.91.78 (NJoy32 firmware v2.03.0) and associated files and have flashed the stick successfully with the correct config file (_BlackBox_Mk2_GF_SCG_v2_02_5.vkb). But althuogh the app prompts me to calibrate the stick, when I clck on the Calibrate button nothing happens (the row of option buttons in the app flickers) - there is no calibration window opening. The stick is plugged in directly to a USB port on my Razer using the Black box and there is a blue LED showing on my Kosmosima with blue and green LEDs showing on the black box. I have tried booting into Safe Mode and running the VKBDevCCfg-C app but there is no difference. I am running the app as administrator. Any suggestions? Thanks, Rob

You'd have to be on Test/axes chart in order to get a visual representation of the axes moving. Please refer to this guide for flashing and calibrating your device.
