buttons and twist axis do not work

I have a new Gunfighter Mk.III with twist, the problem the base lights up green,
pitch and roll work normally, but the twist axis and all buttons do not work.

tried ZBootloader-C and _BlackBox_GF_MCG_PRO_Twist_v2_02_5.vkb,
but it always says, Boot device: turn out.
in VKBDevCfg-C it says, VKB-SIM Gunfighter Modern Combat Pro Twist v1.99
what can I do ??

Clean up the 3 metal pads on the top of the base stem with a bit of alcohol on a piece of cloth (disconnect the base while doing this). When installing it back press on the grip down on the base while tightening the locking bolt.

Glad it's working now! The firmware seems a bit old, so you might want to update it; in this case follow this guide.
