Cannot configure Gladiator K

I want to change my configuration of the Gladiator K stick. Previously I have use the VKBDevCfg tool for just that. It was working fine, in the mean time I have moved on to a new computer and on the new computer the configure utility detects the joystick, but the user interface is all greyed out, i.e. none of the user interface buttons work. See screenshot.

Btw, running it as admin does not help, neither does switching to a new USB port. The joystick itself works fine.

I am using the latest versino of VKBDevCfg, but I did not flash my firmware. Not sure if it is necessary. I have downloaded ZBootLoader and the firmware, but I have not clue which file to pick. Guessing it is the _Gladiator_KG12_Pro_v2_00_7.vkb file, but I'm not going to risk it without confirmation.

Any ideas?

You just need to select (highlight) your device at the top and ... the chest will open .
