grip fastener "rusk" screw specs

after loosening and re-tightening my extension i may have started to strip the grip fastener "rusk" screw.

does anyone know the specs of the screw? it would be easier and more cost effective for everyone involved to try and get the screw online (or in store) than have to ship a new grip fastener set (the shipping is twice the cost of the fastener). plus, i'm pretty sure i only need a new screw.

i'm assuming it's an m3 socket cap, but i wanted to make sure.
