Hello,
I was able to launch VKBDevCfq to configure my recently purchased Gladiator NXT and save the profile. The issue I am having, is that every subsequent time I have tried to open VKBDevCfg, the software has hung until Windows eventually asks if I would like to close the software or wait for it to continue. Even after leaving it open for 10+ minutes, it will still not finish loading. I have tried opening the software with and without Gladiator NXT plugged in, but that didn't seem to make a difference. I have also tried both newer and older versions of the VKBDevCfg software to no avail. Finally, I tried whitelisting the .exe files in MalwareBytes, as well as having the program run as an administrator, also with no success. Are there any steps I can take to troubleshoot my issues with the software? Currently I can't configure my stick anymore.

Thank you for your help!
Currently the configurator is located on a separate drive from the C: drive.
The global tab is shown below. It took over 10 minutes for this screen to open.

Re: Issues with VKBDevCfg
There are no other joysticks connected. I'll see if I can find a different computer to try. Thanks!

Re: Issues with VKBDevCfg
This may not be helpful but I will throw it out there. I use to have this problem. My setup was two monitors, one is a 4k TV the other is a 1620 X something computer monitor. When the problem would happen (which was most of the time) I would have to shift the two monitors around on the Windows display page, it did not matter which way I shifted them, I just had to move one. After I changed the resolution on the big monitor to 1920X1080 (not for this reason) the problem went away.

I gave this a try and it didn't seem to have an effect on the freezing issue.
I did notice that for a few moments after my computer boots from a shutdown, I can open the software and use it without issue. Once I close it and try re-opening it, the freezing returns. This makes me believe that there is some service running in the background that is interfering with the VKBDevCfg software. I tried killing all the services I could find that deal with USB, such as Logitech, Corsair Keyboard, Webcam, etc., but none of those seemed to be causing the interference. I may have to just go down the list one-by-one to figure out which service is causing the issue.
