Kosmosima/gunfighter mk2 z-axis recalibrates to far right

My Kosmosima/gunfighter mk 2 z-axis will suddenly recalibate to the far right. This has happened several times and most recently happened 2 times within 30 minutes. I tried to reseat the stick on the base, which did not help. I have to recalibrate the stick several times before I can get it to recenter properly. What should I do?

Please post a screenshot with Profile/Axes/Logical Axes and Physical Axes tabs exposed.

Your firmware doesn't match the software version - please flash the latest firmware following the guide.
