T Rudders Mk 1v not working

I received rudders yesterday, and plugged them in.
FS2020 does not show these pedals in their list of controllers.
I went to Windows 10 control panel, Windows could see the pedals were plugged in OK, but Windows could not make them into a proper device because of 'has a driver problem'

ACTIONS tab, everything is greyed out... cannot Get , Set, Load, Save...

Few things to try: log in your computer as Admin, start VKBDevCfg in Admin more, kill background software like Logitech, Razer, Aorus etc, change USB port, try another computer. And don't try any kind of Windows drivers or Windows calibration on the rudders please.

Thanks, FO9. Yes, that worked, the pedals working great now.
I guess Windows got confused because I plugged the new pedals into the same USB port where the old CH pedals were.
Moving over to another USB port cured the problem.
The CH pedals lasted about 13 years, finally went bad.
Was nice to find these VKB pedals (much better than the old CH Pro pedals).
And VKB controllers are not out of stock like so many other controllers right after MSFS 2020 was released.
Pedals arrived in California from China in 6 days. Apparently VKB now uses FEDEX EXPRESS for all orders, very fast global shipping.
Extremely satisfied with these pedals!
