Everything seems to be working fine, my controller is bound to MSFS 2020 without problems, but none of the VKB software works. The VKBDevCfg-C doesn't detect it, nor does any of the other software available from the download area on the VKB site.
Windows 10 configured the controller, all the buttons work, but again, it has flashing LED's (Red/Blue) on the base and it isn't detected by the VKB software. Thanks.

Re: Gladiator NXT Red and Blue LED's Flashing
I hope you haven’t calibrated using Windows’ application. Please download the latest version of its native software, click Default button and calibrate.
Re: Gladiator NXT Red and Blue LED's Flashing
Thank you, the latest version of the software worked and all is well. Love the controller!
Re: Gladiator NXT Red and Blue LED's Flashing
I'm also having the same issue with the red/blue lights flashing. When I run the latest VKB software it doesnt seem to pick it up. Tried restarting the computer, plugging different ports, same result. The joystick works, its just these annoying lights flashing plus can't use the VKB software or calibrate. Anyone have any suggestions?
Re: Gladiator NXT Red and Blue LED's Flashing
Nevermind I figured it out, you need to select the joystick in the VKB software (in the list). Once you select it, press the default button like Fallout9 said. Calibration worked after doing that

Re: Gladiator NXT Red and Blue LED's Flashing
I have similar issue with my NXT. Attached screenshot. I am running vkb device config v.092.17 with njoy32firmware 2.08.0 with vkbsim gladiator nxt L XT v2.090.
Reflashing bootloader and then set default does not resolve issue.

Press the Default button under Tools tab, then the Find&AutoConfig button in Global/External/ExternalDevices. Calibrate afterwards.
Re: Gladiator NXT Red and Blue LED's Flashing
worked, thanks Fallout9! I still have the flashing lights but the controls work.
