The new VKB T-Rudder Pedals doesn't work in full range

I purchased below items, the Order Shipped # 1249684
VKB-Gladiator_MKII Gladiator MK II
VKB-Rudder_MKIV VKB T-Rudder Pedals Mk.IV

I tested both, the Gladiator works perfectly, but the Pedals doesn't work well.

Based on the picture below you can see the Pedals only responds in the range of 53544 to 65535(the initial position).
Tried it in X-Plane 11, same result. You can refer to the 3rd picture below.

My connection is from Pedals to Gladiator through RJ45, then from Gladiator to computer through USB.

Both joystick and pedals have to be calibrated before getting into any game. Calibration should be made with native software, not Windows app, not in-game. Best is to use VKBDevCfginstead of Wizzo.
In case you've never used it before, just download the software, open it as Admin, click on Test tab, then Axes tab, click on the Tools tab (if not already there), then click on Start calibr button. When the LEDs on joystick starts to flash move the stick along pitch and roll, twist it, move the mini-throttle up and down, press the rudders left and right. At the end press End Calibr button and you're good to go.

After calibrating by using VKBDevCfg, both Joystick and pedals are working great! Thanks for help.
