VKB MK IV RUDDER PEDALS

Postby MR.T » Tue Aug 18, 2020 13:11

Just got my pedals yestarday, tried them out yestarday on Xplane 11 and they worked fine. However, today when i tried to use them on MSFS 2020 they wont work. Everything is connected, they are recognised but i get no
input from them. Does anybody got some sugestion on what to do ?
No input in VKB joytester either. Using VKB-sim V1.99A.

I have the same problem. MSFS2020 recognizes the T Rudder MK4 rudder pedals as "VKBSIM BLACK BOX GF", but there are no settings to configure.
Do I have to use another app to configure/map the rudder pedals? For example, I see on YouTube people using an app called "vJoy" to map driving pedals to be rudder pedals in Flight Sim. But this seems a bit hacky... there must be a better way?

Thanks!

Open VKBDevCfg software, go to Tools tab and press the Default button, then press on the Start Calibr button, activate the rudders by pushing them all the way up left and right, then press End Calibr. Try again in game.

Please follow the advice above to calibrate your rudders then try again to bind them in game. Please make sure you'r binding them as an axis and not as buttons (for example in MSFS you could bind an axis to Rudder control and buttons to Rudder Left and Rudder Right).

If you already calibrated the rudders please post a screenshot with Profile/Axes/Physical and Logical Axes.

If you do not see any control to bing, check that there is no filter applied in the left menu of MSFS

Cheers !
