VKB T Rudder MKIV and MS2020

I am having some issues here. Whenever I have my pedals and black box connected via USB, I get CTD every time. The only way I can actually get through the game loading into an airport to fly is by not having them connected. Any ideas? I've already tried calibration via the VKB tool.

Is your BlackBox orange or black? Does everything work in the configurator? Show screenshots from it.
