I can't get buttons 33 to 41 working. The 9 base buttons at the front. Device config software displays 32 buttons only. In the Action tab it says VKB NJoy32 Pro.What am I doing wrong ?
Any help would be appreciated

Press Restart in the Action tab. When the name of your device shows up in the device list calibrate it. If needed follow the whole procedure for flashing and calibrating.
There are more than 32 buttons on the Gladiator K. Some games will recognize them all, others will see only 32. The 9 buttons on the front of the joystick are programmed over the 32 limitation - some games will see them, others won't. If you want to use them in games with 32 buttons limitation you could do as explained here.
