Button 24 on/off single swtich

Postby Aviators » Tue Jun 09, 2020 14:41

I want to set button 24 (top lever) as a modifier on DCS World.
The problem is that I have to press it twice to turn it on and off.
Is it possible to set a single stroke of the button by default to activate it and a single stroke to deactivate it?

On DCS World, this string must be entered for each individual cockpit command. But for the modifier, how can I do it?

{down = iCommandSwitchMasterArm, up = iCommandSwitchMasterArm, name = _('Master arm on/off'), category = _('Ins Weapons Status and Control Panel PUI-800')},

I use MK3 MCG 3 Pro with blackbox.

If I understand correctly, do I need the toggle switch to turn on and off when throwing a hinged trigger? To do this, you need to activate Armed mode (28 button). In the configurator and then assign both to one team in the game. Before entering the mission, you need to set the trigger correctly or by Esc (set correctly) and return.

I try and let you know.
I wish it worked like this:
Lever 24 down position, button 1 fire
Lever 24 up position, button 1 trimmer.

Need to make from the 24th Shift? So that the first logical button at different positions of the hinged trigger has different values? So?

the button 24 corresponds to the button of the lever 3, however in the raised position.
I want to set the lever raised as a modifier on DCS.
not only for button 1, but for the various button and ministicks

Now it is clear. In the proposed option, the button assignments will need to be done in the configurator. And no modifier in the game needs to be assigned. The task is to make Shift from the button 24 of the hinged trigger. For proper operation, the trigger axis must be calibrated - i.e. have no values 255, 255, 0 in the marked cells.
24 to Shift.jpg

1. we cut off the 25th virtual (it is 24 logical) so that it does not work in parallel with the rest

2. Assign to 32nd Shift

3. on the 33rd we make a jumper (jumper) on 32
33 boolean.jpg

4. on the 6th physical (it’s also 1 logical), add the second button (41) in Shift mode
1-41.jpg

5. click Set to write to the controller
Everything, we check - when the trigger is lowered, everything works, as before - fire 1. When the trigger is folded (raised) - 1st works like 41st. We assign the remaining necessary buttons with Shift mode and save this profile with the Save button for subsequent quick loading.
And now everything is the same in the NG version.

41st was selected as an example, you can use the buttons starting from the 34th. Because up to 33 (inclusive) we are already using.
