VKB T-Rudders Won't Calibrate in X-Plane 11
When I initially set up X-Plane 11, I flew everything using the VKB Gladiator MkII joystick with the VKB T-Rudder MKIV pedals attached. I had no problem calibrating all control axis. I recently purchased a Honeycomb Alpha Yoke that I want to use to fly airplanes that use a yoke instead of a stick. I currently have a profile for the Tecnam P92 and P2002 set up to use with the stick and attached rudder pedals. However, when I try to set up the Cessna 172X to use the Honeycomb yoke VKB rudder Pedals and Logitech throttle quadrant, I can't get the rudder pedals to calibrate. When I go to the calibration window in X-Plane I am told that the rudder pedals (now connected directly to a Computer USB 3.0 Port via the "little Black Box" instead of through the VKB Joystick) need to be calibrated. I hit the calibrate button, move the pedals through both axis. hit accept, designate the device as "YAW" and that is as far as it lets me go. the "Next" box does not activate to allow the program to set up the parameters and I can not cancel the screen or select done. I have to control-alt-delete to get out of X-Plane. What am I doing wrong?

Re: VKB T-Rudders Won't Calibrate in X-Plane 11
All VKB devices have to get calibrated through their native software, VKBDevCfg, and not through the game and DEFINITELY not through Windows.
I don't have any experience with X-Plane, but what I think is there are simply too many axes in there, more than the 8 recognized by Windows. Also it could be that each device comes with its own way to recognize the axes, so you might have both VKB and Logitech for example trying to use the standard axis Z for different axes.
I think this is more of an issue that could be answered by X-Plane developers or users rather than VKB's.

So when you are doing the XPlane calibration were you able to hit the "skip axis" button in XPlane next to each individual axis? There will be extra axis you have to "ignore" as the black box shows all eight typically in XPlane. Once you do that it should complete the calibration in XPlane.
Re: VKB T-Rudders Won't Calibrate in X-Plane 11
TheFace nailed the problem. I found that I was not telling the configuration program to ignore axis that were not being used (newbie user error) and when I did the configuration program allowed me to calibrate the VKB rudder pedals for my Cessna 172SP setup using the Honeycomb Yoke and Logitech Throttle Quad. Thanks everyone for your help.
