hello VKB forum
I got my gladiator MK.II recently and I have noticed that I have not been able to make the mode button work (the one with the red and green LEDs) does this mean that my unit is faulty?
I gotta say that I'm a little bit disappointed since i thought that when I buy from VKB I would have peace of mind and not think of getting a faulty/non QC'ed product
I have tried everything written on this forum to try to fix the problem from resetting in safe mode to flashing but it wont work
what I'm getting is: I press the A1 button and I get (button 3 is pressed) when the red LED is on and when I press the mode button and the green LED turns on I press A1 again and the same (button 3 is pressed) comes up :/
what are my options?

Re: mode button not working
The Mode button only affects the buttons on the handle. For it to work with buttons on the base, you need to configure them or load such a profile.

Re: mode button not working
Your Gladiator works as intended. Both Mode button and pinkie button affects only the buttons on the grip, not those on the base.
See this chart with buttons affected by mode and pinkie:
So this is the standard, but if you'd like something different, like pinkie button changing the buttons on the grip and Mode button changing buttons on the base I could upload a profile and guide you through the steps to load it up.
