My VKB Gladiator's twist axis feels loose.

Hello guys, I was playing a War Thunder simulator match, and suddenly, I heard a clicking noise, coming from my twist axis, then it started to feel loose, and it's been like that since the past 6 hours. I really suspect this is a spring failure/broken spring. Any help on solving this?

If it feels loose on X or Y axis open up the bottom plate and see if what's happening in there. If it feels loose on twisting you'll have to open up the grip and check. By the way; I forgot to mention that whenever I twist it, it doesn't go back to it's centered position; it stays where I moved it, and it moves with almost no force (I can move it with my fingers).
