SCG LED #11 Only Does Red

Like the title says my Space Combat Grip has a small problem. LED #11 is the little LED to the left of the larger one at the top of the grip. This may be a hardware problem, as it use to do the normal color range, but now only does RED. If I program it to do GREEN, or BLUE it will not light up. It stopped working immediately after an upgrade of the VKB Config software at that time I thought it was just a bug, but I have upgraded twice since that time and the problem continues. See LED's, event 10 Fix Axis, I have tried every LED MODE and COLOR MODE, but will be happy to try again. Any suggestions.

It has no other color than red. And you have to live with it, nothing can be done.
