Hi,
Details:
T-Rudder MKIV (standard springs & cams)
GF MCG Pro III (standard springs & cams)
Firmware 1.981 on both
Two blackboxes MKII
VKBDevCfg-C v0.90.93 (NJoy32 firm
This will be obvious to many but I'm stuck.
I can't get both the GF and T-rudder to be visible in VKBDevCfg-C.
About 6 months ago I bought the T-Rudder MKIV and they have been working great. I've now bought the GF MCG Pro III. Prior to getting the GF I updated the rudder's firmware to 1.981. I did the same to the GF. I can't remember if the rudders were connected when I did the GF firmware update.
The GF and rudders both work correctly in VKBDevCfg-C (Axis Z) and DCS. Green lights show 2 devices connected. If I connect both to the blackbox that came with the rudders, I only see the rudders in VKBDevCfg-C. If I connect using GF blackbox I only see the GF. This has stopped me (I think) from enabling virtual toe brakes in T-link. I would prefer to only use the one blackbox.
So how do I fix this? Do i install both the GF and T-rudder firmware? I can't find any instructions about connecting multiple devices. I didn't want to flash the wrong firmware and brick the hardware. If I have followed the wrong procedure what steps should I take?
I've attached screen shots (limited to 3 files?). Higher quality images (5) are also in this Google Drive folder

Thanks for your help.
Matt

When using one BlackBox and pedals connected to it, you need to calibrate them (7th axis). After calibration, show a screenshot of the Profile-Axes tab (physical axes).
p.s. take screenshots with the Alt key (Alt + PRTSCN), then they are more readable.

Ron61,
Thank you for the quick reply. Attached is the screenshot. As I mentioned in my original post, the rudders are working but not visible in the connected devices or in T-link, which I assume means it can't be set to virtual toe brakes. Screen shot with ALT+F11.

Matt

If I understand correctly, you need separate brakes from the axis of the brake grip? Look at this topic, paying attention to the numbers in each settings column.

Thank you,
I had assumed that I would see the rudder pedals in the connected devices at the top of the VKBDevCfg program as I had seen in many demonstrations and tutorial videos. So everything is working how it should. I will work through the post you linked and hopefully i can get the virtual top brakes working.

Matt
