Need Help Programming TEMPO

Postby Bill » Tue Mar 03, 2020 4:13

I need help with the TEMPO mapping. I want to use the fixed axis type DR, but rather than a normal single button push to activate it I want it to be a long button push. I am doing this because I have accidentally hit the DR button in the past while gaming and unknowing changed the axis response.

I have a Gunfighter MKII with a SCG

So to say it in more detail, I can get DR to work in my game as it should by just using a single button, but when I try to incorporate DR via the TEMPO option it does not work. With the stick programmed as shown in the following screen shots, tests using the VKB Config software show button 27 and 29 working as they should, ie short press shows button 27 pushed, long press shows button 29 pushed. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

A couple more screen shots for your reference.

I really can't tell much from your screenshots, but I hope FA is marked in Global/ Common and D.Rate has a value. If so, add this Boolean to your profile:

I am so sorry about the screenshots being so small, the program I used to make them a file must have shrunk them.

The Boolean suggestion did the trick, it is now working! Thank you so much, and just for practice here is a pic of my Global settings. Thanks again.
