Find out where the next weak link is.
Remove the GF_L board and connect it instead of the GF work board. Without mounting on the mechanics. As a result, we continue to act.

I do not fully understand.
I transfer the board from one of the bases to the other one? one by one?
What do you mean "without mounting on the mechanics"? Just connecting the board and plugging them in without screwing them onto the gimbal?

That's right.
You do not need to remove anything from the working right base.
Just connect the removed GF_L board to the output connector of the right base.
And see if she appeared in the configurator with a green scale.

I think I understand.

So I removed the four screws up top and the one cable and moved the gimbal with boards into the "Ring" of the other GF.
The issue is still there, no X and Y axes.

Does Led burn on the board? Take a photo of this "harvester" and most likely you will need to write a guarantee.

Yes, the LED was burning.

I now went ahead and also changed the Boards.

That is:
Axes X board from right, working GF into left GF. -> no change
Axes Y board from right, working GF into left GF. -> back to normal, see Screenshot:

So I assume an issue with the axes Y board?

The next step is to open a support ticket with my vendor?

Where's the photo? Write to warranty@vkb-sim.pro.

I'm not sure what you mean by "harvester" in this context. The "main" board where most of the cables go into?

I will write an email.
Thank you so much for your time and help!

I wanted to see the photo where the captured board with GF_L is connected to the output connector of the right GF base.
And at the same time, Led is lit on it, but there is no communication with it in the configurator.
I clearly explained?
The combine meant the whole structure, where the right base with unreleased boards and the board with GF_L connected to the output socket of this base are nearby.

I'm sorry. I'm not a native english speaker myself, that makes some things hard to understand.

I try again, is this what you want?:

Thanks for the photo. According to the updated data, you need to open a ticket in the store where you bought GF.
