Re: upper trigger/knob problem
The first thing to do is always get a support ticket at the shop where you bought your device. Normally the dealer will take care of the rest. If he doesn't have enough experience to locate the problem, or out of spare parts, he will contact us, and we will come to help. If the dealer ignores our em...

Yes sure it was a very proper thing to get a ticket - besides providing help, we need it for statistics.

Re: Inop top button
AeroGator, I sent you a PM If you did it at this forum, then something went wrong, and I didn't receive anything. But regardless, let us try the following: If you open the grip casing you will be able to check whether the button is in its proper place. Sometimes the buttons slide back a bit - hard ...

Re: MCG loose base
I finally got around to taking my grip apart. I found one screw floating around the inside and the other backed out quite a bit. I didn't have any small washers or spacers, but I had some small black nuts whose threads were loose enough to spiral up the screws and act as spacers. Now for the first ...

Re: Inop top button
I bought a Gladiator from XPlane's store 10/21/18. In January 2019 the top most button failed. Feels as if the spring under the button collapsed. I have gotten no response to two emails and a phone message to the XPlane store. Can you help? I am quite capable mechanically so a replacement button wo...

Re: Kosmosima Discussion
You are wrong. Kosmosima is shorter than the MCG, but the hand use space is exactly the same. Yes and no. It is like weather report: 25 degrees but feels like 18. Or, like 32. In a word, Kosmosima feels more compact in hand hence the feeling for smaller hands is more comfy. With my not the biggest ...

Re: I think I received the wrong replacement springs
Default springs have always been #20. For some first time we used to color-code them: #10 - white; #20 - yellow; #30 - green; #40 - blue; #50 - black. Please contact the store, and discuss the matter with the store stuff. This is not a forum discussion topic. VKB Europe is sometimes slow to reply, b...

Sure, it is no secret any more, everything went public.
But before the tests are over, we as VKB will keep refraining from speaking about the Kosmie. Everything you want to know, please ask the testers.

I tend to approve 99+ per cent of the posts. But anything that can be solved by email to the dealer I believe is better solved by email to the dealer.

Re: Connecting two Gunfighters with Kosmosima
DirectInput dictates a limit of 8 axes per device. Also, USB does not allow more than 500 mA. Hence I would not recommend doing this - now. But we do see a future chance for it, and will work in this direction. ALSO: if you are a tester, pls stay in the closed forum section that we made for testers....
